John Wilson (1673-after 1717) was the son of John and Johanna (Carter) Wilson of Woburn.  He married Elizabeth Foster on 27 October 1694 in Billerica, Massachusetts.  Elizabeth was the daughter of Joseph and Alice (Gorton) Foster.  John and Elizabeth (Foster) Wilson had been dad and mom of 13 kids.

John and Elizabeth (Foster) Wilson are my seventh great-grandparents, via their daughter Joanna Willson (1701-1786), who married  Hezekiah Sawtell (1703-1779) in 1723 in Groton, Massachusetts.
